The MENTOR ABI Network offers a growing array of services and supports to assist persons who have sustained an acquired brain injury. These services are designed to help the individual to live a full and productive life, as independently as possible. All services are customized to the individual and are adapted over time to his or her changing needs.

Upon admission, a multidisciplinary team of professionals develops an Individual Rehabilitation Plan with input from the individual and the family that includes goals, outcomes, interventions and supports. The plan focuses on improving functional skills for successful community reintegration.
