Chef Jason Hajek is an Executive Chef with an enormous amount of culinary & hospitality experience!

Chef Jason is a 2011 recipient of the Antonin Careme medal! He was given this prestigious award on November 14, 2011 by the Culinary Association of the Pacific Coast (CAPC), which is the San Francisco chapter of the American Culinary Federation (ACF).  Chef Jason was a member of the CAPC for many years while living in California and was President of the CAPC in 2010. He is the youngest recipient to ever have received this award and stands amongst the ranks of Julia Child & Martin Yan to name only a couple of great Chefs.  Just as he is highly regarded amongst his colleagues in California, he is sure to continue to be now operating his own establishment back in his hometown of Hewitt, New Jersey.
