Kane Brewing Tapping Event
Haskell, New Jersey
12 pm on Wednesday, August 7, 2024

Kitchen & Beer Bar
1093 Ringwood Ave,
Haskell, New Jersey

Join us as we welcome Kane Brewing back to Haskell.

We will be tapping 10 beers including some of their core favorites w/ some delicious new brews.

Tap List:

1) Sneakbox - Pale Ale - American 5.4%

This American Pale Ale uses exclusively Citra hops for intense flavor and aromatic of citrus and tropical fruit. A clean, uncomplicated malt bill and a dry finish make for great drinkability

2) Head High - PA - American 6.6%

Head High is our interpretation of an American-style India Pale Ale (IPA). This beer is all about the hops; we use a blend of five different varieties all grown in the Pacific Northwest. A small charge of Chinook and Columbus early in the boil adds a smooth bitterness. A majority of the hops are then added late in the kettle or post-fermentation to produce a beer that is heavy on hop flavor and aroma. The combination of Cascade, Centennial, Citra and Columbus give Head High a noticeable grapefruit flavor with aromas of citrus, tropical fruits and pine. Our house American ale yeast ferments to a dry finish that accentuates the use of imported Pilsner and lightly kilned crystal malt resulting in Head High’s straw color and crisp flavor.

3) Overhead - IPA - Imperial / Double 8.2%

Overhead is an American-style Imperial IPA. This beer is loaded with our favorite hops; Amarillo, Columbus, Centennial and Simcoe. It’s bittered with a gigantic charge of Columbus and Simcoe early in the kettle that is followed by several rounds of late kettle and whirlpool hops using Amarillo, Centennial and Simcoe. In the end, Overhead is brewed with over 5 pounds of hops per barrel which includes two rounds of dry hopping to create a cascade of pine, resin and citrus hop flavors that consume your palate. Although we brew Overhead with the same imported Pilsner and light crystal malts as Head High and ferment it with our house ale strain to produce a dry crisp finish, this blend of different hops creates an entirely new experience all its own

4) Party Wave - IPA - American 7.4%

IPA brewed with Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy, and Simcoe.

5) Cloud Cover - Wheat Beer - Witbier / Blanche 4.8%

A 4.8% Belgian-style Wheat ale. Cloud Cover was brewed with Continental Pilsner, malted red wheat, unmalted wheat and oats. It’s hopped with German Hallertau Mittelfruh with Indian coriander and Curaçao orange peel added to the whirlpool. ⁣ ⁣⁣Light in body, dry and refreshing, Cloud Cover is the perfect match for outdoor dining or any activity as the days get longer and warmer.

6) Cerveza 127 - Lager - Mexican 5.2%

Cerveza 127 is brewed with Pilsner, corn and a small addition of Vienna Malt. Cerveza 127 is hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and pours a golden yellow with crackery and doughy notes. Cerveza 127 finished cirsp, clean and refreshing.

7) Waist High - IPA - Session 4.6%

Citra, Simcoe & Chinook hops

😎 Granola Brunch - Imperial Milk Porter 9.2%

Brewed with caramel, chocolate, and lightly roasted malts with milk sugar. Conditioned on vanilla beans, granola, maple and cinnamon

9) Open Water - Triple IPA 10.4%

Centennial, Citra, Galaxy, Simcoe, Chinook & Cashmere hops

10) Field and Oak x Primitive Beer - Humble Forestry (only 2 in NJ) - Lambic - Other 6.8%

Our first Field And Oak collaboration to release in our queue, we absolutely adore the friends and fermentations at this spontaneous brewery/blendery in New Jersey. Blend of two-year mature spontaneous beers, rested on Colorado foraged spruce tips in freshly emptied gin barrels. Conditioning gracefully in the bottle since October 2021, the result is a spritzy celebration of the forest, or so we're saying! It's got huge coniferous aromatics with flavor notes of citrus, pine tar, and the holidays

Stop in for a beer or 2 or 3.

NAMED #1 BEER SELECTION IN NJ. AGAIN!!!!
